The ABO Portal

This Privacy Policy does NOT apply to the use of the ABO Portal, which is located at https://abo.roc-p.com/.  The ABO Portal is operated by a company called ROC-P, LLC. For information about ROC-P’s collection, use, and disclosure of information through the ABO Portal, please see ROC-P’s Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Cookies Policy.  The ABO may update the information contained in the ABO Portal.  The ABO may also use and disclose information contained in the ABO Portal for its own administration purposes, such as to complete and update Delegate information on the Orthodontist Locator, to process and respond to verification requests, and to communicate with account holders.        

The ABO Storefront

This Privacy Policy does NOT apply to the use of, or purchases from, the ABO Storefront that is linked from our website. The ABO Storefront sells ABO-branded orthodontics-related items such as measuring gauges and calibration kits. The ABO Storefront is operated by Bender / EFI. For information about Bender / EFI’s collection, use, and disclosure of information through the ABO Storefront, please see EFI’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.  Bender / EFI provides certain information related to sales on the ABO Storefront to the ABO, and the ABO uses that information for its own internal administration, but it does not share that information with any third parties.

Information Collected through the “Contact Us” Feature on the Website

The ABO receives any information that you choose to provide through the Contact Us feature on the website. That could include your name, email address, and any information you include in the message, including other personal information. The ABO will use any information you submit through the Contact Us feature only for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or request.

Although the ABO takes steps to keep its data secure, there is always a risk that information transmitted through a website or email could be accessed by a third party. Please do not send to the ABO, through our website or by email, any confidential or sensitive personal information.
